Rumor has it!
 A popular rumor has been going around the Spore community today that there will be a Spore creature editor 'trial edition' inside the new collection of Simcity Games, the Simcity Box. However, it is still unclear as to exactly what the 'trial edition' is; whether its a mini version of Spore or the entire (what we have been expecting) version of the creature editor. Either way, I think many of you are with me when I say that I hope we don't need to buy this game to try it out. I doubt this is the case as I'm sure EA would have some other means to distribute the 'demo' Stay Tuned! Read the entire article at Joystiq.com

if the rumor is true, im getting it! simcity is cool to get but the spore creature editor is the main goal to get if u want spore so much! lol

I'd buy the SimCity pack, for some reason I always missplace my SimCity games... Come to think of it, my TheSims has gone missing too. And I still can't get rid of Sims 2!

June 23 is when this SimCity Box is due out so June 23 is when we'll see some Spore on our PC.

I don't think that buying this box is the only way you can get that trial edition of the editor. The main point of releasing the editor earlier is getting content for the final game. Releasing the editor only as an extra of a simcity collector's box isn't a good idea if you want many people to fill the vast universe of Spore. I think they will also make it downloadable from Spore.com

Download at www.spore.com will maybe an good idea than buying simcity box with creature editor demo as extra.
