It took all this hard work to be built, but in the end, all just went down in an instant… And, the thing is, it’s no one’s fault… No one to blame.

So, after 4 tries in the beta key contests, I was able to answer the answer the question correctly and in time and got my beta key Here I played quite some hours, and I’m going to tell you my impressions and accept questions. I didn’t feel making a thread for it, because I don’t like making threads regarding myself and my opinions, so the blog’s the perfect thing for it
I’ll also tell you a bit about the new MMORPG, warhammer online, which I got the chance to play on my pc before the release, with beta, again
The game is amazing. Nothing less than what you expect. The graphics are great, and the gameplay as well. The caracter customization is great, and you got many choices on what your hero will wear, different clothes for the national army and different for the royal one (ok, it’s not spore, you can’t customize *everything* :P. but I’m sure you’ll love it). In the start, you get 5 points which you can spend to the abilities. The abilities are great and fun, but you can say that the commando is kinda underpowered. You also got a list of missions, out of which you can do 3 at a time (it’s hard to explain, let’s leave it at that). The emotions are also great to do when you kill an enemy You can wield 2 weapons at a time (you get to choose from around 5-6 weapons), and a weapons that destroys tanks (dynamite, bazooka, etc). I’ll tell you a bit about every class now.
soldier: I didn’t play as soldier at all, but I know some things. His health is 110, and one of his best abilities is to heal friends (he’s kind of the medic, personally, I hate it when they make a fighting class be a medic too. It doesn’t make sense. It’d be great if there was a medic class.), and the grenade spam, which throws around 6 grenades to the enemy, and if they all hit him, he’s gone for I don’t know more about his abilities, and his gun is…..a normal one.
Gunner: The best, in my opinion. He has 150 health, he’s a bit slow, but his abilities kick ass. There’s an ability which you enable for a short time and you take no damage by bullets (or so I think!), an ability which makes your gun more accurate, an ability that throws a barrel at the enemy and when you shoot at it, it explodes, doing much damage to the enemy, an ability to run faster, etc, etc. He got some strong weapons and some with fast shooting rate but weaker. He can also wield the bazooka.
Commando: Ok, I really liked the idea of that class, but the knife is really, *really* underpowered (people in the official forum agree with me). The knife is supposed to be instant kill….but you need around 4(!) hits to kill the enemy. He gots 80 health, and his main ability is stealth. Unlike team fortress 2, you can keep your stealth forever, until, of course, you shoot. If you go near the enemy, you get a bit revealed…I wouldn’t say he’s the spy class. More like a sniper class that can become invisible. The sniper doesn’t On-hit-KOs, but if you hit at the head, I think it’s extra damage, maybe even one-hit-KO, I’m not sure. But you need around 4 shots to kill an enemy. He can’t have a bazooka, but he can stick dynamites up a tank’s a$$
Oh, and, if you don’t know it, you can’t play it with your friends, the matchmaking puts you with guys of the same skill level as yours. You don’t get a choice The official release date is 30 of September. Ask me anything in the comments, if you want.
I decided to tell you a bit about warhammer online, too-it’s a great game, which with a few patches can surely surpass WoW. The quests are better, because the game shows you where you need to go to do the missions, instead of looking half an hour in the map looking for “south west, in a field, blablabla”, so it’s much more handy. There are also the public quests, which you can do with random people around, without being on a party or something. Anyone can participate in the public quests, there’s no limit, so even 30 people can do a quest together, I know, it’s great! :D The character’s clothes are more customizable too, since you can change its colours. I personally started with the goblin which has a pet with it, and reached level 6 Another great thing about the game is that there are no general classes, but instead, every race has its own classes, making them more special (for example, only the goblin can have the pet, there’s no human, dwarf or elf that can have it). To sum up, the game has a great potential and I’ll definately buy it in the future.
I say future, cause school started yesterday and I don’t have much free time anymore :( Anyway, if you want to ask me anything about these 2 games, do it in the comments, I’ll happily answer all your questions!

It’s really strange no one has written in this blog function after the spore release… anyway, since no one did, I will
Ok, first of all, spore is amazing. I loved the cell phase, and that it isn’t very easy, even at normal difficulty (I died quite some times).
The creature phase is also great, I love the way you earn parts by the way you play the game. I didn’t earn a single social part, while I had unlocked all the offensive ones Yes, I played the whole game very aggressively. I just felt it was the easiest way around Anyway, the civilization phase was ok, I didn’t expect much, but it certainly met my expectations, and I can say, not just met them, but was even better. The space phase-woah, I didn’t think it was so complex! I didn’t think it’d take you so long to find the weapons and stuff… it’s amazing, I must say it’s the phase that I had the most hype for and lived up to most of it
I was disappointed at 1 thing though. Will Wright (or somebody from Maxis, I’m not sure) said that they would let you stay in a stage for as long as you want. Well, that’s not true. My goal in the cell phase was to become amazingly huge, like the creatures in the background. But when you get the chance to go to land, you suddenly stop earning DNA points, which is like forcing you to go to the creature phase, since there’s nothing else to do.
Same goes for creature phase. After you’re able to go to tribal, all your species in the nest suddenly disappear, leaving you alone, without being able to evolve anymore but 1 time, when you’re about to go to tribal. The tribal was an ok phase, but I feel like there should be more enemy tribes. When you kill them, you’re alone, with all the wild animals. I’d love it if new tribes popped up now and then, even after you meet the requirements to go to civ. Civ had enough enemy cities to have fun with, I had no problem with that phase
Well, I guess that’s it, thanks for reading
Oh, and to those disgusted by the way I got the game, I’ve got to tell them 1 thing, which happens to be a quote:
It’s better to be hated for what you are than to be loved for what you are not.

This post has nothing to do with spore as well
Ok. I highly believe that one of the biggest part of online games is griefing, because after you get bored of the game itself, it’s what remains. That’s what happened with DoD:S. Taking my bazooka and blowing allies in the air. Priceless.
As you probably know….team fortress 2 has tons of ways to grief. No, I haven’t got bored of the game yet, and will not for a long time, but sometimes I just can’t resist.
I’ll list here general ways to grief and then I’ll tell you what I did today:
A good way to grief is to annoy the snipers. Change to pyro, and go in front of snipers and throw flames to not let them aim. Also, the teleporters-ah, made for griefing! You can put a tele near snipers to make them teleport at a completely distance place-or lie about that your tele goes inside the enemy base, but instead, it goes deeper inside your base. Another thing’s the sprays. Sprays are the pics you can put to the walls (this is only on the PC version). Haven’t done this much, I generally put funny pics, like, an anime girl with only her bra saying “Keep staring. It’s ok. It’s not like you contribute to your team anyway”, and other stuff like that. Griefing as medic is very easy, just heal snipers/engineers and ignore everyone who’s hurt and shouts “MEDIC!”. As you can understand, there are tons of ways to grief in tf2. So let’s come down to what I did today. Microphone spamming.
I downloaded a program with which you can spam music without the need of a microphone. It’s called hlss. All I needed now was some funny music. Music that would make the other player hear it and not mute me in an instant. I found
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zDwK-DPZ1ac
this, which was great….just listen to it. Also, I found a song that says….ah, you gotta hear it,
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vCtYx5SlKZA
here!! And last, and least, (I don’t use it much), a kid’s voice shouting “Hey guys can you hear me? Can you hear me? Heeeeeeey” etc. And then I was ready. It was hilarious, especially now it’s the free weekend and some newbies don’t know how to mute. Other people laughed hard. It was hilarious. I’ll have to find more music though, you know, to keep things interesting

First of all, let me clear this out: this post got nothing to do with Spore. I can’t say anything related to spore at all anymore, we all are waiting patiently about it, there’s not much to talk about anymore. Also, if you don’t know anything about team fortress 2, the best FPS until today, you’ll find this post boring as well.
I’ll start with the heavy achievements: they were pretty normal, like the pyros. Valve understood how hard the medic achievements were so they made it so casual players can get them without trying really hard. And they had great names, but I wouldn’t expect anything less from valve!
The weapons-oh, they’re great, as always! The best of them being the sandvich, regenerating 120 health, which was a brilliant idea, and adds even more strategy to the heavy. Then comes Natascha-it’s a great weapon, just not now. It slows the enemies down but is a 25% weaker than sasha, the normal minigun. Many people play as heavies and soldiers, and it’s not very useful, since they’re already slow. It’s good against spies, scouts, medics, pyros. A good, balanced weapon. Then, the gloves, well, these are pretty useless to be honest, since heavies never use melee. They’re better than the normal fists, but the heavy isn’t made to use melee.
Then comes the new environment, oh, I love it! Instead of the desert theme, we finally get some greenary! I expect many maps to be made with it. It was probably the most ever-lasting addition of this update. Lumberyard, the map using it, is a great map, and doesn’t go off the tf2 style at all.
The new mode-the arena. It’s a very good mode, since it makes you value your life, because there’s no respawn until next round. A really great mode, I play it alot, maybe even more that capture the flag.
The new maps-steel and the…uhh, a payload map- were great and balanced. I haven’t tried them much, to be honest, but from what I’ve seen they’re both great maps. Maybe I’ll try them tomorrow.
So, that’s about it. Valve said this update was the biggest one after the release of the game. Valve has never let me down.
Thanks for reading, hope you found it interesting (probably not, if you don’t play tf2 at daily/weekly basis), next post may be after the release of spore, so let’s just wait patiently-with team fortress 5 hours a day

First of all, I’d like to say that I’m glad that the “spore stories” is alive again. It’d be a real waste if it died and removed.
This post has mainly to do with the new heavy update in team fortress 2. We got more info! They said this will be the biggest update they made since the release of the game….I’M SO EXCITED!!! They’ll double their maps, release a new game type and a new payload map. The heavy’s updates and achievements will also be released.
http://www.steampowered.com/tf2/heavy/
^here they’ll give us more and more news everyday….I really can’t wait!! They say it’d be released to public on 19 August.
On an other note, battlefield-heroes, a free online FPS made by EA, will not be released this summer, as it was promised. To make things even worse, they give away beta keys, to “the 50 first who’ll answer the riddle”. Why this is bad, you say? I was hoping that I’d start the game and find other complete newbs, and have fun, etc, etc. Knowing that other normal people like you are playing the game ahead of time isn’t the best thing. I got really disappointed in this game.
A good thing is that schools in my country will open at 17 September, so I’ll have some time to play Spore. All these new videos and prototypes are good, but seriously, I just want the game. I’ve been following this game for almost a year non-stop, and now the only thing I want is Spore itself. I can’t say I go “WOAH A NEW VIDEO!!!” anymore.
Thanks alot for reading, hope you write in your blog soon too so I’ll have something to do, waiting for the heavy update and spore!
P.S the title is a phrase heavy says in-game, I like it, so I thought of putting it up there.

Since valve is the best complany ever, they keep giving us away new achievements and unlockables. The medic ones were great, now come the pyro’s!! We already found out what one of his new weapons will be, the axtinguisher (yes, it’s a great name!), which is shown in the pic. It does half the damage like the normal axe, but if the enemy is on fire it guarantees a critical! Can’t wait for it. I believe team fortress is the best game ever. I’ll keep saying that until spore comes out. Then, maybe my mind will change, but maybe not. Time will show.
