25 Days To Go…
Time for post #2!
So, here we are .. 25 days and counting. Could the days go ANY slower!?!?!! Seriously though, I can’t complain. Spore is looking better than ever with this little time to go, and everybody’s hotly anticipating all of the reviews and new videos and/or interviews that should be rolling in in the coming weeks! I know I am. I’d say the only thing that makes me want to hate waiting for Spore, is that in order for Spore to come out, school must start. I know, it sucks. School for me starts on September 3rd, 4 days before Spore comes out. All I know, is that on the 7th, I’m going to the mall at lunch and picking up my copy so I can play as soon as I get home! Another thing that sucks though, is that for the first couple months of school, I play football. Football practice is every day after school until at least 6pm, meaning I have that much less time to get lost in my galaxy. But, again, I can’t complain too much … it’s probably a good thing that there’s still going to be something to keep me from getting lost in the world of Spore for eternity ! lol.
There is one thing that I’m happy about though, and I briefly mentioned it in my last post… It’s this community! I am honestly really happy to have found it. It has a good amount of members (just over 1000) and the right amount of regulars. I like that. When you get communities that run in the tens of thousands, people tend to get lost in the bunches. The oldbies are so familiar with themselves, that they really don’t want any new people (although they may pretend to). However, with a community this size, everyone welcomes everyone and we all are able to become tighter. It has now been a week since I joined HoSP, and honestly it feels like a lot longer. You guys have all been great so far, and I feel like I was welcomed with open arms! That’s how I know I’ll be here for a long time. As long as I’m playing Spore, and there are still people who visit this site, I’ll be at HoSP.
Anyways, figure I’m gonna try to post at least one of these a week, maybe more if I feel like writing

The forum is currently in a great balance, which, unfortunately, will be ruined at 5 September. The more the people on forums, the less you get to know each other.
And yeah, as long as you don’t make any grammar or vocabulary mistakes, we’ll welcome you with open arms

Couldn’t have said it better myself! But the forums could go either way September 5th…deserted OR overrun. I cant decide which.

Dude count your blessings, school fr me started on the 18th. So I have to get up and go to school everyday at 8am. =Z Anyway I finally got around to reading your blog. It’s a good read.
