We've got the first few pictures and a video from GC 2007.
First off, we have a short trailer showing off Spore. We get a commentary by some of the Spore team in this one. We don't find out anything mind blowing. But, we do see that we start the creature phase as a larger version of your microbe.

amazing! We needed shots like this forever. We've been bone dry and siggraph shots were our most recent, so they don't count.
But I'm liking the camera, It will be a freeview like The Sims 2, not a zoom +1,+2, etc like Simcity! Go discuss it with me and others in the forums!

OW EM GEE!!!! So they do have armor and weapons! Friggin' sweet! haha, I also really like those fishing rods. But those brown stick creatures are MESSED UP!...well...sorta.....Spore will make them look cool though!
